These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the GORFOS website and the purchase of wholesale food, supplies, and provisioning services. By accessing our website or placing a supply request, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Orders and Contracts

All supply requests placed through our website are subject to acceptance by GORFOS. A binding contract is formed only when we confirm your order in writing or by email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in USD. Pricing is calculated based on crew size, duration, supply types, and delivery location. Registered contractors receive exclusive discount rates.

Payment must be received and verified before orders are processed for delivery. We accept various payment methods as specified during checkout.

4. Delivery

We deliver to offshore rigs, vessels, nearshore locations, and onshore facilities within a 100-mile radius of Galveston, TX. Delivery times vary based on location and urgency:

• •Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days
• •Priority Delivery: 1-2 business days
• •Emergency Dispatch: Same-day or next-day (additional fees apply)

You are responsible for inspecting supplies upon receipt and reporting any damage or discrepancies within 48 hours.

5. Product Quality

All food products meet USDA standards and HACCP compliance requirements. We guarantee:

• •Fresh and frozen foods maintained at proper temperatures
• •Dry goods within expiration dates
• •Proper packaging for offshore transport

6. Contractor Accounts

Registered contractors receive unique contractor codes for accessing the Supply Portal. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your contractor code and account information.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GORFOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our products or services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the supplies giving rise to the claim.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of GORFOS and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Galveston County, Texas.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
